The European association of research managers and administrators (EARMA) is holding two winter training sessions on international project management. The conferences will take place on 7 to 8 December 2000 and 22 to 23 January 2001 in Karlsruhe, Germany.

The aim of the course is to provide the special knowledge that project managers and project staff need in order to run projects efficiently. Project management skills are fundamental to research managers and administrators. The course is based on the experience of the trainer over the past decades. Theoretical background, specific skills, tools and how to cope with changes or problems that may occur once a project has started are among the topics covered by the training. All topics are illustrated by successful national and international projects.For further information, please contact:
