UK Energie information days

The UK national contact point for the European Commission's Energie programme is organising the following series of workshops to promote recent calls for proposals:

- 16 November, Glasgow;
- 21 November, Manchester
- 24 November, London
- 28 November, Aberdeen

These half-day seminars will cover the latest call for proposals, going into detail about the types of actions, project types, and how to maximise the chance of success, with a presentation from a UK company which has already written a successful proposal.

The UK NCP is also organising three proposal writing workshops in January 2001 in London, Manchester and Edinburgh. These will cover evaluation criteria, how to write a winning proposal, and administrative and submission procedures. The organisers also hope to have an Energie evaluator at the workshops to provide expert advice on the evaluation process.
