Integrated machine vision conference

A conference on integrated machine vision (IMV), supported by the European Commission's Information Society DG and aimed at bringing together organisations from associated states and representatives from EU-supported projects, will be held in Budapest, Hungary on 29 to 30 January 2001.
Representatives from the European Commission as well as from industry will be attending the event, where sessions on take-up measures and RTD measures of the IST Programme, part of the European Commission's Fifth Framework programme and the EUTIST-IMV thematic cluster of integrated machine vision trials will take place. A partnering session will also be held, where it is hoped that future collaborations will be formed, eventually resulting in new IST Programme projects.
