IST in CIS

The Commonwealth of independent states (CIS) participation in and benefits from the Information society technologies (IST) programme of the European Union's Fifth Framework programme (FP5) will come under the spotlight at a forthcoming kick off conference in Kiev, Ukraine from 19 to 21 April. The conference concerns new methods of promoting the IST programme to the Commonwealth of independent states. The conference will focus in particular on 'teleworking in research, medicine and business'.
Submissions of abstracts are already being requested for the event, which should be sent in English (not exceeding one page) to the e-mail address below before 1 March.
