Music and technology meet

The European Multimedia Forum (EMF) is inviting people to participate in two forthcoming events which will focus on music, technology and Europe. 'Europe in Music: Music meets technology' will take place in Brussels on 8 and 9 March 2001 and a concert gala featuring music from Central and Eastern Europe will be held in Brussels on 8 March.
The Europe in Music programme brings together all actors of the online music value chain to share knowledge and become partners to move music online legally. It is the only initiative of this kind in Europe.
Conference topics include:
- Legal update;
- Watermarking & encryption systems, digital rights management systems;
- Payment systems and customer care tools; marketing & sales;
- New distribution business models;
- the PACT project, through which you can have your project funded by the EU.
