Help available for potential IST proposal writers

A workshop on successful proposal writing for EU IST (information society technologies) research projects, part of the European Commission's Fifth Framework programme, will take place in Dresden on 17 September.
Representatives from the European Commission and the 'ideal-ist' network, which supports potential participants in the IST Programme through transnational partner searchers, will explain the programme and the procedures in the morning. In the afternoon, participants will work together in small groups to have a go at proposal writing.
