Versailles conference to examine 'intelligent transport'
Representatives from industry, research centres and universities will attend the meeting, which aims to encourage informal, multilateral discussion of intelligent transport.
Papers dealing with vehicle-related intelligence systems are solicited for the event. Topics to be discussed include driver assistance systems, navigation systems, automated road vehicles, imaging and vision, human-machine interfaces and safety. Contributions on the subjects of vision in adverse weather conditions, night vision, pedestrian recognition and 'stop and go' driving are particularly welcomed.
The IEEE is a non-profit, technical professional association with members in over 150 countries.
