West Poland's Innovation relay centre (IRC) is holding an international technology transfer day in Poznan on 18 June 2002.

The event topics are: machine industry and tools; metallurgy and foundry; automation, control and measuring; power industry; industrial fittings, pumps and drives; electrical engineering; chemistry and plastics technology; surface treatment technology; transport technology and systems and systems and technology for the gas industry.

The aim of the conference is to bring together international and regional companies interested in and active in the above fields. The event is taking place as part of the 'science for the economy 2002' conference, which will present innovations and new technologies to SMEs (small and medium sized enterprises)For further information, please consult the following web address:
