High level forum on innovation and provision of medicines

A framework for action to enhance pharmaceutical industry competitiveness in line with public health and social goals will be presented and debated at a press conference and high level forum in Brussels on 7 May.
The framework, set out by the High level group on innovation and the provision of medicines (G10 Medicines), will be presented by Enterprise and Information Society Commissioner Erkki Liikanen and Health and Consumer Protection Commissioner David Byrne at a press conference.
The G10 group will formally hand its report to Commission President Romano Prodi before presenting the report in greater detail and taking questions in a public forum.If you would like to attend the public forum, please contact:
