Madrid conference to discuss innovation and the urban environmnent

A half-day conference on innovation and the urban environment will take place in Madrid on 12 June.
Entitled 'Life: Innovation for improving the EU urban environment', the event will by opened by Cristina García-Orcoyen Tormo, MEP, and will also include speeches by representatives from the European Commission and the Spanish Ministry for the Environment.
This three-way 'institutional presentation' will be followed by contributions from academia and local government.
