A conference on 'Facilitating and regulating e-business' will take place in Brussels on 25 and 26 June.

The event, organised by the European Multimedia Forum (EMF), aims to provide up-to-date policy and legal information on the e-business sector and to create a forum for exchange and dialogue between professionals and decision-makers.

Topics under discussion will include restrictions on online sales, online financial services, the protection of intellectual property rights, networks conducive to e-business and the Sixth EU Framework programme for research and technological development.

The event will also include presentations from MEPs and representatives of the European Commission's Enterprise, Information Society and Internal Market DGs.For further information, please contact:
