Science and risk

Academia Europaea will hold their 14th annual meeting, this year focusing on sciences and risk, in Lisbon, Portugal from 9 to 11 October.

Speakers at the event, entitled 'The sciences and the understanding of risk: policies for public trust and well-being' include Portugal's former Science Minister, Mariano Gago, Director-General of the Commission's Research DG Achilleas Mitsos, Director-General of the OECD, Don Johnston and Nobel chemistry prize winner Harold Kroto.For further information, please consult the following web address:
