Promoting excellence in transport for sustainable cities and regions

The 17th annual Polis conference will be held in Brussels from 21 to 22 November, and will feature a keynote speech from EU Research Commissioner, Philippe Busquin on the role of cities and regions in Community research.
The event will showcase the most recent achievements at a local level in areas such as clean transport, mobility management, flexible transport services, and urban goods distribution.
The programme also includes a session on traveller information services and a round table on e-safety. Representatives from public authorities and industry will exchange views on how a stronger partnership could create solutions for sustainable mobility.
