Brussels launch for complaint management project
CCform is a project that aims to dramatically improve the standards of complaint management to the benefit of consumers and business users, as well as product and service suppliers. It is funded under the IST section of the Fifth Framework Programme.
In order to create a recommended business process and online complaints form, participating organisations will choose from six topic panels at the event, which will form the basis of subsequent meetings. The topics are: law, consumer affairs, small and medium-sized enterprises, languages and cultures, regulators and dispute resolution, and technical integration and extensibility.
The kick-off meeting is the first in a series of events that will culminate in public adoption meeting in 2003.For further information, please consult the following web address:
