An information day on the preservation and enhancement of cultural heritage under the Sixth Framework Programme (FP6) will take place in Luxembourg on 27 January 2003.
'Technology enhanced learning and access to cultural heritage' is one of the strategic objectives of the information society technologies (IST) thematic priority, and will be the subject of a call for proposals on 17 December.
The event will present the work programme, procedures and future plans, and is aimed at the research community, the information and communications technology and software industry, small and medium sized enterprises, public organisations, traditional sectors in libraries, museums and archives and interested persons from related sectors.For further information, please send an e-mail to:
