The society for organisational learning (SoL) in Finland is organising a global forum on the subject in Dipoli, Espoo, Finland, from 11 to 14 June.

The main aim of the forum is allow key actors in the area of organisational learning to exchange practical experience, share new concepts and work together with regard to common interests and issues

The event will bring together some 350 practitioners, researchers, consultants, students and others interested in organisational learning around the world, who will participate in a series of workshops.

Some of the topics covered by the event include:

-global learning - the challenges of organisational learning in a global society;
-creating structures and cultures for extraordinary results;
-organising between chaos and order;
-innovation (technical and social);
-sustainability (economic, environmental and social);
-leadership development (individual and collective);
-cross cultural and learning organisations;
-organisational learning (theories, methods and tools).

SoL is a non profit intentional learning community composed of organisations, individuals, and local SoL communities around the world.For further information about this event, please contact:
