International summit to discuss research trends in wireless communications

An international summit to discuss new ideas and the main research trends in wireless communications will take place from 15 to 18 June in Aveiro, Portugal.
The summit, entitled 'enabling a pervasive wireless world', aims to provide a platform for the dissemination of the results of European research initiatives in the field of personal and wireless mobile communication systems and networks.
A number of tutorials, demos, exhibitions as well as plenary and technical sessions will take place throughout the event. Several keynote speakers will be invited to present the latest trends and evolutions on hot topics such as the wireless Internet, wireless local area networks (W-LANs) and cellular networks.
The event is being organised by the Institute of Telecommunications of Aveiro, in association with a number of partners including the European Commission.For further information, please visit:
