Interdisciplinary conference to discuss commercialisation of mobile business models

An international conference on mobile business will take place from 23 to 24 June in Vienna, Austria.
The event will bring together academics, managers, policy makers and technology experts to stimulate an interdisciplinary debate on the commercialisation of new business models based on wireless and mobile networks.
It will also be an opportune moment for experts to network and discuss the opening of the second call for proposals in the information society technology (IST) programme of the Commission's Sixth Framework Programme (FP6), which covers the strategic objective 'applications and services for the mobile user and worker'.
The international event is being hosted by the electronic commerce competence centre (EC3) in association with the Austrian computer society.
