Nuclear workshop on partitioning and transmutation

The Belgian Nuclear Research Centre, in cooperation with the European Commission, is organising an international workshop on partitioning and transmutation (P&T) and accelerator driven system (ADS) development from 6 to 8 October in Mol, Belgium.
The workshop intends to review P&T related projects financed under the Fifth Framework Programme, and give actors from the wider P&T community the chance to present their latest results and achievements.
Topics for discussion will include material and fuel research, ADS design, and heavy liquid metal technology. It is also hoped that EU Research Commissioner Philippe Busquin will speak at the event.For further information, please:
