The UK's Institute of materials, minerals and mining, together with the government's Department for Trade and Industry, is organising an international conference on 'nanomaterials and nanomanufacture', to take place on 15 and 16 December in London, UK.
Recent years have seen enormous and focussed interest worldwide in nanoscience and nanomaterials, with major research and development programmes in progress in Japan, the United States of America and Germany.
Against this background, delegates and speakers from Europe and the rest of the world will gather to discuss issues such as:
