Workshop on regulatory ontologies, Sicily

A workshop on regulatory ontologies and the modelling of complaint regulations will take place from 3 to 7 November in Catania, Sicily, Italy.

The event aims to contribute to the development of trust and confidence of European consumers in e-commerce through the establishment of effective complaint mechanisms.
