Seminar on strategies to increase IT adoption and usage
The purpose of the event is to:
- review the present state of art in the field of research on diffusion, adoption and actual use of e-commerce on behalf of both firms and consumers;
- develop new ideas and strategies for increasing diffusion and usage of this technology by jointly taking into account firms' and consumers' resistance;
- set a research agenda on strategies to increase e-commerce diffusion in the European context.
