Society for general microbiology: 153rd meeting
The event will examine a wide range of topical issues in molecular microbiology and microbial genomics. The topic of the main symposium will be 'exploiting genomes: bases to megabases in 50 years', with other symposia covering the following subjects:
- DNA based detection methods;
- DNA 1952 to 2003: from structure to function;
- production of DNA and protein;
- making sense of bioinformatics;
- post genomics applied to processes: advances in eukaryotic microbiology;
- bacterial gene expression in vitro;
