Annual congress of the European business angel network

As part of the official programme of the Italian Presidency of the EU, the fourth annual congress of the European business angel network will take place in Milan, Italy, on 13 and 14 November.

The event will be attended by EU Commissioner for Enterprise and the Information Society, Erkki Liikanen, and Italian Minister of Productive Activities, Antonio Marzano, along with experts in the field of early stage and equity finance.

The main issues to be addressed during the congress include:
- public support for business angel activities;
- cross border initiatives;
- regional partnerships: public authorities, incubators, schools, research centres;
- assessment of the contribution of business angels to the local and regional economy;
