Brussels briefing on the essential elements of consortium agreements

A one-day briefing on the drafting of consortium agreements for the Sixth Framework Programme (FP6) will take place in Brussels on 11 December.
The event will cover the elements that are required to complete a consortium agreement, such as management structures, decision making processes and limitation of liability.
