The national contact point for the Sixth Framework Programme in Szczecin, Poland, is organising a workshop on 'functional food - seafood, the prevention of diseases by diet', to take place on 2 and 3 December.
The event intends to create new opportunities for European entrepreneurs and scientists to join EU funded research projects and to establish cooperative links with Polish partners.
The first day will provide practical tips on managing EU research projects, as well as an overview of Polish research potential in the area of seafood. The second day will be devoted to small and medium sized enterprises in the sector, such as fish breeders and processors, and their participation in EU projects.For further information, please consult the following web address:
