A seminar on the 'state and quality of scientific research in Finland' will take place in Brussels, Belgium, on 11 December.
The event will address a recent report on scientific research in Finland, confirming that investment in research and development (R&D) remains high in the country.
The role of gender in the research system will be discussed by the senior science adviser from the Academy of Finland, while the Commission's Head of Unit for investment in research, Isi Saragossi, will give a presentation on EU research policies and investment.Please register by e-mail (before 8 December):
