European conference on clinical research oversight

The annual conference of the European forum for good clinical practice (EFGCP) will take place in Brussels, Belgium, on 30 and 31 March, and will focus on 'European clinical research oversight situated in a global context'.
The event will examine recent developments in good clinical practice (GCP) inspections in Europe, and place them in an international perspective. The extent to which EU Member States have developed robust and reliable GCP inspections will be analysed against current practises in the US and other parts of the world.
The conference is aimed at those responsible for carrying out GCP inspections, as well as individuals within pharmaceutical, biotech and public research institutions responsible for preparing for GCP inspections or oversight.
