24 March 2004 - 24 March 2004

eTen is a Commission programme aimed at encouraging the deployment of public electronic services (e-services) at a European level.

This year, the new call for proposal for the eTEN programme, to be published in March, will focus on the practical realisation of online services in the areas of eGovernment, e-health, e-inclusion (services for elderly or disabled citizens), e-learning, trust and security services and services for small and medium sized enterprise (SMEs).

In order to inform interested parties of the eTEN work programme for 2004, the European Commission is organising a eTen information day, to take place on 24 March in Brussels, Belgium.

Following a general presentation of the programme, issues such as the requirement for participation and the evaluation process of the proposals will be discussed.

This event will allow participants to present their project proposals and offer them the possibility of meeting potential partners. For further Information please visit:
