Conference on top class business support services

The European Commission's Enterprise DG and the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry are jointly organising a conference entitled 'top class business support services: a key to success for small enterprises in Europe' on 1 October in Brussels, Belgium.
The event is being organising within the scope of the AQCEN project, an initiative to promote improvements in the quality of business support services, mainly on the basis of identifying and promoting exchanges of good practice.
The conference will centre on two main topics:
- the quality of support services to small enterprises: how to respond to their needs;
