The fundamentals of international project management

A training course on the fundamentals of international project management will take place in Karlsruhe, Germany, on 27 and 28 September.
The course will address:
- the environment of international project management;
- project life cycle;
- project organisation;
- project management and control.
The course will comprise input sessions, discussions, exercises, group work and case studies.
