The Environment Directorate of the Commission's DG Research is organising a European conference entitled 'Sustaining Europe's cultural heritage: from research to policy', to take place in London, the UK, from 1 to 3 September.
This major event will highlight the achievements of the 'City of tomorrow and cultural heritage' key action of the Fifth Framework Programme (FP5), presenting progress reports and final results from EU funded research projects in this field.
The aim is to stimulate the dissemination and take-up of EU research results by the broad user community, and to prepare for future challenges for cultural heritage research in the context of the European Research Area (ERA).For further information, please consult the following web address:
