POLFOOD to hold workshop on meat safety

A workshop on the safety of meat products, aiming to promote safer and environmentally friendly production methods and technologies, will take place in Wroclaw, Poland, on 27 and 28 September.

The event has been organised by the POLFOOD project, a specific support action (SSA) funded under the Sixth Framework Programme (FP6).
