Management of medical informatics

A seminar on the management of medical informatics will take place on 15-17 June 1994 in Milan, organized as part of the AIM programme. AIM is the specific programme of research and technological development in the field of telematic systems in general health care.

The seminar will examine the most recent results of European research in two areas. The first deals with advanced medical information systems and medical imaging, and the second area with medical records and their coding system and application.

The seminar will be attended by a number of academics and medical experts who will use the results of the completed AIM projects to chart the future course of research in this area.

The event is being organized by the School of business administration and economics of the Bocconi University of Milan.
