Basic research and human resources in FP7

A conference on basic research and human resources within the EU's Seventh Framework Programme (FP7) for research will take place in Helsinki, Finland, on 3 and 4 March.
During the session on basic research, a representative from the European Commission will give a presentation of current thinking with regard to possible funding models. Stakeholders from research and industry in Finland and Estonia will then comment on these plans.
