Israel to host information day on fifth IST call

An information day on the upcoming fifth call for proposals under the information society technologies (IST) section of the Sixth Framework Programme (FP6) will take place in Petach Tiqva, Israel, on 7 June.
Kostas Glinos, head of the embedded systems unit within the European Commission will be present to provide information on the call and its strategic objectives. He will also discuss the strategic research agenda, as defined by the Artemis Technology Platform.
An Israeli participant will talk about participating in the Commission's research programmes, and ISERD will introduce its partner search services.For further information, please consult the following web address:
