FP6 consortium management - best practice update

A one-day best practice update on consortium management within the Sixth Framework Programme (FP6) will take place in Brussels, Belgium, on 14 July.
The event will address:
- European Commission's expectations;
- structuring the project;
- managing problems and risks;
- intellectual property rights and knowledge management;
- framing the consortium agreement and operating procedures;
- dealing with the Commission;
- practical tips (including communication strategy, working with small companies, use of consultants).
