An international workshop entitled 'Supporting entrepreneurship in State (Government) activities' will take place in Gelsenkirchen, Germany, from 14 to 15 November.

The workshop is jointly organised by the Microeconomics Department of the University of Szczecin, Poland, and the German Institut für Arbeit und Technik (IAT), as part of the Lama Project, funded under the Marie Curie section of the Sixth Framework Programme (FP6).

The aim of the workshop is to exchange and share experiences related to entrepreneurship and government activity. It will focus on the discussion of entrepreneurship's role in state policy; public administration programmes and activities in support of entrepreneurship in selected European countries; EU entrepreneurship policy and future developments.For further information, please visit:
