The third Erlangen workshop on microforming will take place in Erlangen, Germany, on 14 and 15 November.
Organised by the EU funded 4M Network of Excellence - Multi-Material Micro Manufacture: Technologies and Applications, the workshop will provide a forum for industry and academia for the exchange of knowledge, information, experience and results, as well as for the review of progress and discussion of the state-of the-art and future trends in microforming technology.
The main goal of 4M is to develop micro- and nanotechnology (MNT) for the batch-manufacture of micro-components and devices into user-friendly production equipment, processes and manufacturing platforms for incorporation into the factory of the future.For further information, please visit:
