Celebrating the first concrete steps towards the establishment of a European Research Council

The Initiative for Science in Europe (ISE) has convened a high-level conference, to take place in Paris, France, on 9 and 10 November.
The event will mark a concrete step towards the implementation of the ERC, and will see discussions on practical and political aspects of the initiative. The meeting will also represent an opportunity to exchange opinions and make contact with scientists, members of the ERC Scientific Council, the Parliament and the European Commission.
In addition, the meeting will feature presentations on novel elements of the Seventh Framework Programme (FP7) and discussions on research infrastructures.For further information, please visit:
