The second European workshop on the integration of knowledge, semantic and digital media technologies will take place in London, UK, from 30 November to1 December.
This workshop addresses integrative research for engineering new knowledge-based forms of digital media systems. It is intended to bring together projects, institutions and individuals engaged in research on the integration of knowledge, semantics and low-level multimedia processing, and to link them with industrial research and development engineers who can exploit this emerging technology.
In cooperation with the European Commission's DG Information Society, the second day of the workshop will address the Seventh Framework Programme (FP7), with a keynote speech on the vision for Information Society Technology, and talks from Commission representatives.For further information, please visit:
