The final conference of the AQUAREC project will take place in Barcelona, Spain, from 1 to 3 February.
The conference will present the results of the project, funded under the Fifth Framework Programme (FP5), the aim of which was to provide knowledge for a rational wastewater reuse strategy as a major component of sustainable water management practices.
The outcomes of the project are knowledge, management know-how and an overview of available technology for wastewater reuse, particularly for non-potable reuse of upgraded effluents from wastewater treatment plants.For further information, please visit:
