A conference entitled 'Research and innovation - an opportunity for convergence regions' will take place in Warsaw, Poland, on 13 February.
The event will include addresses by MEP and rapporteur on the Seventh Framework Programme (FP7) Jerzy Buzek, EU Science and Research Commissioner Janez Potocnik, EU Commissioner for Regional Policy Danuta Hübner, and Polish Minister for Economy Piotr Wozniak.
