CORDIS workshop on 'technology monitoring', Paris
The workshop, titled 'Information serving anticipation, anticipation serving action', aims to show how 'technology monitoring' is, more than ever, a key tool for promoting and improving innovation in Europe.
The debate will focus on ways to help businesses monitor and gain a better grasp of their environment so as to remain constantly informed of technological developments globally and, in particular, with regard to their competitors.
Speakers will include among others Paul Jamet, of the French National Contact Point (NCP) and Kurt König, Head of the CORDIS Unit in the Commission's Publications Office.
