IANIS plus (the Innovative Actions Network for the Information Society - Plus) has organised a conference to take place in Ronneby, Blekinge, Sweden, on 15 and 16 June, entitled 'Towards eREGIO 2010 - Challenges & Threats for the competitiveness of the regions in the Global Knowledge Economy'.
The event, supported by the European Commission's Regional Policy DG, will investigate aspects of the BENTLI (Benchmarking regional strategies for technological literacy) project, and the TRANSFORM (Benchmarking and Fostering transformative use of ICT in EU regions) project. Delegates will have the opportunity to visit five Information Society sites in the Blekinge region.
