Turin hosts seminar on the role of SMEs in technology platforms

A seminar on the role of small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) in European Technology Platforms (ETPs) will take place on 13 July in Turin, Italy.
The event is planned by EPISTEP, a project funded under the 'Research and Innovation' section of the Sixth Framework Programme (FP6), aimed at increasing SME participation in information society technology European Technology Platforms (ETPs).
The programme will include speeches from representatives of several established ETPs, in the areas of eMobility, embedded systems and nanoelectronics. Furthermore, a number of SMEs will be invited to share their experience of participating in EU research framework programmes.For more information, please visit:
