The 'i2010 for European Regions and Cities Conference' will take place in the city of Olomouc, Czech Republic on 26-27 September 2006.
The goals of the conference are to stimulate a discussion on the funding opportunities available to European regions and cities from the European Commission for Information Society related Programmes and to promote the sharing of knowledge and experiences regarding the current state of Information Society related activities at a regional and city government level across Europe.
The event will bring together representatives from the European Commission and delegates from national and regional government, as well as commercial and research organisations from across Europe.
The conference will provide an excellent networking environment to identify potential partners and discuss proposal ideas with European Commission representatives.
