BRITE/EURAM workshop on "Metal matrix composites" at World Ceramics Congress and Forum on New Materials

A BRITE/EURAM workshop on "Metal matrix composites" will take place on 30 June to 1 July 1994 during the eighth World Ceramics Congress and Forum on New Materials (28 June to 4 July 1994) in Florence.
The workshop will present a number of BRITE/EURAM research and development projects in the field of materials technologies. It will bring together about 30 representatives from industry, research institutes and universities.
The workshop will examine the most recent results of the projects and define strategies for their future industrial exploitation.
The World Ceramics Congress will examine progress in the research, production and use of both classical ceramics and advanced technical ceramics. The Forum on New Materials will cover materials research, standards and markets across the whole spectrum of polymers, metals, ceramics, glasses and carbons.
