A workshop entitled 'Fish farming technologies for SMEs - Technology challenges and market opportunity' will take place on 23 November in Brussels, Belgium.
The aim of the event is to address future trends and needs in key technologies and research in fish farming. It will focus on the dissemination of knowledge, technology uptake in traditional small and medium sized enterprise (SME) sectors as well as business opportunities.
It will also give an overview of objectives, challenges and results from ongoing and recently completed projects funded under the Sixth Framework Programme (FP6) and its SME specific measures. Furthermore, projects involving SMEs in the thematic priority areas will be presented.For more information, please visit:
