Information day on research and SMEs under FP7

An information day on research for the benefit of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) will be held in Brussels, Belgium on 14 March.
The aim of the information day, which is organised by the European Commission, is to provide participants with in depth information on the new funding schemes 'Research for SMEs' and 'Research for SME associations' in order to ensure the successful implementation of the new SME specific measures under FP7.
The event is aimed in particular at SMEs, SME associations and research, technology and development (RTD performers) as well as multipliers such as National Contact Points (NCPs). It will cover issues such as proposal writing, how to calculate the EU contribution and intellectual property rules.For more information, please e-mail:
